The Legal Proceedings in Dubai or any other UAE Court, are conducted in Arabic which
is a national language of the United Arab Emirates. The documents which are in English or
any other language needs to be translated in Arabic, before submission to Courts. Local
Courts will not accept it if not translated in Arabic. It’s a very important point to

The 1st Court is the Court of Instance, the Second one is the Court of Appeal and

are referred to Experts as well and sometimes reversed to previous Courts as well.

You need to bring supporting documents as much as you could, you need to arrange

powerful Case in Court. If you have done it all then there should be no issue regarding
the Case Results. You will get good and fair judgment very soon. Do not try to be smart
while presenting your defense in Court, The court finds that you are trying to
become smarter before the court, submitting wrong claims or trying to bluff the court then
court might change its idea about you. Once it is changed then your case can be
dismissed as well.
