  • Advocates in Dubai can also be challenged by clients like before but this time the consequences will be strict than before.
  • We must think that Labour and Employment Lawyers can have cancellation of license quickly than before if they are found exploiting the clients in their Labour and Employment Court Cases.
  • Labour Law Legal Consultants can only be legal consultants. They should not try to expose themselves as Lawyers. Serious punishment for them.
  • Maternity Leave has been increased.
  • DIWAN will pass the quick judgement.
  • DIFC Companies and ADGM Companies still have to consult the Inside Free Zone authorities. The revised law does not apply to them.
  • The previous Article 127 is not in an implementation where the employees were not allowed to accept the Non-Competition, now they have to accept at the time of entering the job.
